  • 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice) Almond, oat, or soy milk can be used.
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup
  • Ice Fill to preference.
  • Whipped cream (optional) For topping.
  • Pumpkin pie spice for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew a cup of your favorite coffee. Let it cool slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice syrup, and stir until well blended.
  3. In a large glass, add the cooled coffee, then pour in the milk and mix well.
  4. Spoon in the pumpkin and syrup blend, mixing it into the coffee until evenly distributed.
  5. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  7. Stir everything together and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different types of milk. Ensure the coffee is cooled to avoid curdling with milk. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but avoid adding ice until serving.
