  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree Use plain pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener of choice) Adjust sweetness to preference.

Preparation
  1. Start by brewing a fresh cup of your favorite coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add your milk (or dairy-free alternative) and heat until warm but not boiling; stir frequently to avoid scalding.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and sugar (or sweetener) until well combined.
  4. Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug and add the pumpkin mixture and pumpkin spice. Stir well until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually pour the warm milk into the coffee and pumpkin mixture, stirring to create a creamy texture.
  6. If desired, top your latte with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove or microwave. Stir well before serving.
