Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the fresh pumpkin seeds thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cleaned pumpkin seeds, honey, olive oil, salt, and any optional spices. Stir until the seeds are well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly across it.
Roasting
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once golden brown, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks. They can be enjoyed straight from the container.
