Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- If using regular carrots, peel and cut them into sticks about 2-3 inches long. If using baby carrots, rinse and keep them whole.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Toss the carrots in the honey garlic mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roasting
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serving
- Once roasted, sprinkle fresh parsley or thyme on top for a finishing touch. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Choose firm, brightly colored carrots for the best flavor. Adjust garlic based on preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3–5 days; reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or sauté in a pan.
