Preparation

Mixing

  3. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
Baking
  1. Spoon the batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  2. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Finishing Touch
  1. While the poppers are baking, mix the remaining melted butter with honey in a small bowl.
