- Preheat oven:

- Cut the crackers:
- Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares, rectangles, or desired shapes.
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Add toppings:
- Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, seeds, or herbs as desired.
- Bake:
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until crisp and golden brown.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack; crackers will continue to crisp as they cool.
