For the Latte
  • 2 cups milk (any type you prefer) Substitutions include almond milk or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Add more for a spicier flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • whipped cream (optional) For topping.
  • additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew a strong cup of espresso or your favorite coffee. Set it aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk together over medium heat until warm and frothy.
  3. Once the milk mixture is warm, stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a large mug, combine the brewed coffee and your pumpkin-flavored milk mixture. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  5. Top it off with whipped cream for an extra touch of indulgence.
  6. Sprinkle a little additional pumpkin pie spice on top for a beautifully spiced finish.
  7. Enjoy immediately while it’s warm and cozy!

Notes

Store leftover Pumpkin Spice Latte in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stove over low heat, whisking to reincorporate spices and creaminess.
