Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg, then add the cottage cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until the dough forms a thick consistency.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, scoop tablespoons of the dough onto the sheet, and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store your crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. To freeze, keep for up to three months and reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes before serving.
