  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 1 cup almond flour Gluten-free alternative.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 large egg Beaten
  • Optional: herbs like oregano or thyme Add for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg, then add the cottage cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until the dough forms a thick consistency.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, scoop tablespoons of the dough onto the sheet, and flatten them slightly.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store your crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. To freeze, keep for up to three months and reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes before serving.
