  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay!
Cooking
  1. Lightly coat the waffle iron with cooking spray.
  2. Pour batter according to your waffle iron's instructions. Cook until golden brown, usually about 4-5 minutes.
