- Cook your chicken by grilling or roasting until fully cooked. Let it cool before dicing into bite-sized chunks.

- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chicken, celery, grapes, and red onion to the bowl with the dressing. Gently fold everything together until well-coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.
Notes
