- In a separate bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
Forming the Roll-Ups
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it into a thin rectangle.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the dough.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, forming a log.
- Cut the log into individual roll-ups.
Cooking
- Heat the melted butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the roll-ups and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Allow to cool slightly and enjoy warm.
