Preparation
  1. Start by washing the zucchinis thoroughly. Slice them lengthwise into half-inch thick strips.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the zucchini slices and toss them until they’re perfectly coated.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
Grilling
  1. Place the zucchini slices directly on the grates and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side until tender and marked.
Finishing Touches
  1. Remove the zucchini from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle chopped parsley for color and flavor.
