Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped green olives and crumbled feta cheese. Give them a gentle stir with a spatula.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt to the bowl. Mix until mostly combined.
  3. Drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice. If you’re using garlic, toss it in now too! Continue to mix until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Taste your dip and adjust seasoning if needed. You might want to add more lemon juice for zippiness or a sprinkle of salt.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until you’re ready to enjoy!

Notes

Leftover dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, use a microwave in short intervals, stirring often, but best enjoyed chilled.
