- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped green olives and crumbled feta cheese. Give them a gentle stir with a spatula.
- Add the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt to the bowl. Mix until mostly combined.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice. If you’re using garlic, toss it in now too! Continue to mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Taste your dip and adjust seasoning if needed. You might want to add more lemon juice for zippiness or a sprinkle of salt.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until you’re ready to enjoy!
Notes
Leftover dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, use a microwave in short intervals, stirring often, but best enjoyed chilled.
