Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the sweet potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Check for doneness; they should be golden and crispy. If needed, add another 5 minutes.
Serving
  1. Once done, take them out and serve warm. Garnish with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For added flavor, experiment with spices like cayenne or Italian seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes.
