Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but do not burn it.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the garlic Parmesan sauce until they are thoroughly coated.
Serving
- Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use clarified butter. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
