Preparation
- Start by patting the turkey tenderloin dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick better and promotes a nice sear.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
- Once the butter is melted, toss in the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Place the seasoned turkey tenderloin in the skillet and sear it for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Using a spoon, baste the turkey tenderloin with the garlic butter mixture to bring the flavors deeper into the meat.
- Cook until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F, about 15-20 minutes in total.
Serving
- Once cooked, let the turkey rest for 5 minutes, then slice it and drizzle with more garlic butter before serving!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, use the microwave or skillet over low heat, adding broth or water to keep it moist. Can freeze for up to three months.
