Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the chickpea flour, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Create a well in the center and add olive oil and water. Stir until a dough forms, adding more water if too dry.
- Knead the dough on a clean surface until smooth. Sprinkle more chickpea flour if the dough is too sticky.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into desired shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Transfer to the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle sesame or flax seeds on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5-7 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes to retain crispness.
