  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh blueberries recommended.
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey Local honey is a great choice.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed lime juice is ideal.
  • 1 Zest of one lime Add extra zest for more flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Chop your watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, and halve the grapes and blueberries. Aim for even sizes to make your salad visually appealing.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth. This should take only a minute or two.
Combining and Serving
  1. In a large bowl, gently toss the prepared fruits with the honey lime dressing. Ensure every piece is coated; this enhances the flavor experience.
  2. For optimal taste, allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  3. Grab a scoop and serve in individual bowls. Enjoy it chilled for a refreshing kick!

Notes

Feel free to switch up the fruits based on the season. Avoid adding the dressing until just before serving to prevent the fruits from becoming mushy. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. Do not freeze.
