Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the sugar cookie dough evenly onto a pizza pan, forming a circle or rectangle.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Once the cookie base has cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting generously over the entire surface.
- Arrange your assorted fresh fruits beautifully on top of the frosted cookie.
- If desired, brush a light layer of fruit jelly or glaze over the fruits.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
