- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a lightly floured surface into a large circle, about ¼ inch thick. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Let it cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Once the cookie crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly on top.
- Arrange your fresh fruit on top of the frosting in any design you like.
- Cut into slices like a pizza, serve, and watch it disappear!
Notes
