Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt a little butter over medium heat and add the sliced onions. Cook them until they are soft and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the onions are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish, cut side up.
- On the bottom half of each bun, layer a slice of roast beef followed by a slice of Swiss cheese. Top with the caramelized onions and then place the tops on the sliders.
- Melt the remaining butter and brush it over the tops of the sliders for a golden finish.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- While the sliders are baking, heat the beef broth in a small saucepan until warm.
- Once out of the oven, serve the sliders warm alongside the warm beef broth for dipping. Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize your sliders with add-ons like sautéed onions or a dash of horseradish for extra flavor. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven wrapped in foil to prevent drying out.
