- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted garlic butter, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the shrimp in this mixture until they’re well-coated. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes for maximum flavor.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, making sure not to overcrowd them.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once it’s ready, place the skewers on the grill.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the skewers carefully, drizzle with any leftover garlic butter, and sprinkle with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon. Serve immediately!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a skillet over low heat to maintain texture.
