Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
Mixing the Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Reserve about 1/2 cup of the mixture for the topping.
- Press the remaining mixture into the lined baking dish.
Assembly and Baking
- Spread the raspberry jam over the crust.
- Crumble the reserved oat mixture over the jam.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cooling
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before lifting out.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
