Preparation
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, olive oil, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for about 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with some oil.
Cooking
- Once marinated, arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
