Ingredients
  

For the marinade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium) For a healthier option
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha Adjust to your heat preference
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets (approximately 6 ounces each)
  • 1 bunch green onions, for garnish For added crunch and flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, olive oil, and sesame oil until well combined.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for about 15-30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with some oil.
Cooking
  1. Once marinated, arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
