Ingredients
  

For the pizzas
  • 4 pieces English muffins, split in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Use more for extra cheesiness
  • Halal pepperoni slices (optional) Can be omitted for a vegetarian version
  • Assorted vegetables (optional, e.g., bell peppers, onions, olives) Customize with your favorite toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open up your English muffins and lay them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto each half, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. If using, sprinkle optional toppings like halal pepperoni or assorted vegetables on top of the cheese.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute or two, then slice and serve.

Notes

If English muffins aren’t available, bagels or pita bread can work as a base. Keep an eye during baking to achieve the perfect melt. Experiment with different sauces for a fun twist.
