- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar (if using). Mix well.
- Gradually add in warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a rough dough forms.
- Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for about 1-2 minutes until smooth. Shape it into a round loaf.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the shaped dough into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm!
Notes
Wrap any leftovers in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Refrigerate for about a week or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the air fryer or toaster for best results.
