  • 1/2 cup protein powder (strawberry or vanilla) Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers For a crunchy texture.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds depth of flavor.

Preparation
  1. Hull and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
  3. Add your protein powder and vanilla extract into the mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and crushed graham crackers.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Place the protein balls on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

These protein balls can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, or frozen for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature before serving. Customize with other fruits or toppings as desired.
