  • 1 pound Halal sausage (Italian or your preferred choice) Feel free to mix different types of sausages.
  • 3 pieces bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
Seasoning Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausages, bell peppers, and onions.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, then add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. Once golden brown and cooked through, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
Serving

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or in the microwave for a quick option.
