  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced Smoky flavor pairs well with the pierogies
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced Any color you like
  • 1 piece onion, sliced Can be yellow or white onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • as needed Chopped parsley For garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for perfect crispiness.
  2. Slice the kielbasa, bell pepper, and onion evenly for consistent cooking.
Cooking
  1. On a large sheet pan, spread out the frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, bell pepper, and onions.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the top, season generously with salt and pepper, and toss everything to coat.
  3. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Remove from the oven once pierogies are golden brown and everything is sizzling. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For substitutions, swap kielbasa for halal chicken or turkey sausage. Avoid overcrowding the pan to achieve the best crispy texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
