Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.

Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through, and the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
- Once done, remove from the oven, and let it cool for a minute.
