Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly coat a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Press a won ton wrapper into each muffin cup, gently molding it to fit.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the marinara sauce and allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Assembly and Baking
- Spoon a layer of the meat sauce into each won ton wrapper, followed by a dollop of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges of the wrappers are crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
- Let the cups cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, store for up to a month, and reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
