  • 1 large bread bowl Alternatively, use a thick loaf if a bread bowl is unavailable.
  • 1/4 cup honey For drizzling over the Brie.
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes Optional for an extra kick.
  • to taste fresh herbs (e.g., thyme or rosemary) For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the top off the bread bowl and hollow out the inside, keeping the bread pieces for dipping.
  3. Place the round of Brie inside the hollowed-out bread bowl.
  4. Pour honey over the Brie, ensuring it's evenly coated. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top if using.
  5. Transfer the bread bowl with the Brie and honey to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs once out of the oven.
  7. Serve hot with sliced fruits or crackers.

Notes

Ensure to use high-quality Brie for the best flavor. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, covered tightly.
