  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree Adjust sweetness based on the type of pumpkin puree used.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice Use pre-made or homemade spice mix.
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.

Preparation
  1. Brew the coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin spice. Stir gently until hot but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Stir for flavor.
  4. Use a milk frother or whisk to blend until creamy.
  5. In a large mug, pour the brewed coffee and slowly add the spiced milk mixture on top.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave.
