- Brew the coffee.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin spice. Stir gently until hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Stir for flavor.
- Use a milk frother or whisk to blend until creamy.
- In a large mug, pour the brewed coffee and slowly add the spiced milk mixture on top.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave.
