Preparation
- Preheat your waffle iron on medium heat.
- Open the package of flaky croissants and gently unroll them.
- Lightly coat the waffle iron with cooking spray.
- Place one croissant or half (cut side facing down) onto the preheated waffle iron.
- Close the lid and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until golden-brown.
- Check for doneness: open the waffle iron to see if they've reached your desired crispiness.
- Carefully remove the croffles using a fork.
- Dust with powdered sugar and top with whipped cream and maple syrup.
- Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
Notes
