Ingredients
  

Lemon Herb Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil Use extra virgin for best flavor.
  • 1 large Fresh lemon juice Approximately from 1 lemon.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary Chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme Chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Spicy Garlic Soy Marinade
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce Low sodium recommended.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Grated.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Adjust to taste.
Balsamic Glaze Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary Chopped.
Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce Low sodium recommended.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated.
Yogurt and Mint Marinade
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint Chopped.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice About 1/2 lemon.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Honey Mustard Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Select one of the six marinade options.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all key ingredients of the chosen marinade, mixing well with a whisk.
  3. Place chicken pieces into a resealable bag or shallow dish, then pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate.
  5. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, and up to 2 hours for best flavor.
Cooking
  1. Grill, bake, or sauté the marinated chicken as desired until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight. Use zip-lock bags to reduce mess. Experiment by adjusting ingredients to your taste.
