Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped Crisp and fresh
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, sliced Grilled or rotisserie
Dressing and Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Ensure it’s halal-compliant
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor
  • Croutons, to taste Add as much as you like for crunch
  • Salt and pepper, to taste For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the Romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. If using grilled chicken, slice it into strips. If using rotisserie chicken, simply pull off the meat.
Combining
  1. Pour the Caesar dressing over your chopped lettuce and toss until every leaf is coated.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced chicken, combining it well with the lettuce and dressing.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the top. Toss gently to ensure even distribution. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
