  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened) Can substitute with coconut or oat milk.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, for added warmth.
Toppings
  • Fresh fruits (optional for topping) Berries, banana slices, nuts, or cinnamon can be used.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, add chia seeds, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until the chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the milk.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Once ready to serve, give the pudding a good stir to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
  5. Spoon the pudding into bowls and top with fresh fruits, nuts, or any of your favorite toppings. Enjoy your heavenly creation!

Notes

Store the chia pudding covered in the refrigerator and consume within 4 to 5 days. It does not freeze well.
