  • 2 cups Milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave) Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir gently to mix everything.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid and expand.
  3. After 10 minutes, give the mixture another good stir to break up any clumps and ensure a smooth consistency.
  4. Transfer your chia pudding into serving jars or bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Once ready, serve your chia pudding topped with your favorite fruits, nuts, or other toppings.

Notes

Chia pudding can be served with Greek yogurt, granola, fresh berries, or banana slices. For drinks, consider herbal tea or fresh juice. Store in sealed containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
