- Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower, cut it into smaller florets, and grate it using a box grater or a food processor until you have about 4 cups of grated cauliflower.

- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form them into patties, about 1/2-inch thick.

- In the same frying pan, add another teaspoon of butter or oil. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and crispy.
