  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 box 15.25 oz yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs Ensure eggs are at room temperature

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice), yellow cake mix, and eggs. If desired, add the shredded coconut. Mix until smooth and fully blended.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
