Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place your salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and generously brush the glaze over each fillet.
Baking
- Pop the baking sheet into the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for perfectly cooked salmon.
Serving
- Once baked, bring the salmon out and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen in individual portions for up to two months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) covered with foil.
