Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add in the dry ingredient mixture and mix until combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar for the perfect finishing touch.
Notes
