Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the red potatoes into quarters, leaving the skins on.
- In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes.
- Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking. They are ready when golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
- Remove from the oven, let sit for a couple of minutes, and serve warm.
Notes
For perfect results, cut potatoes evenly, experiment with different herbs, and consider adding Parmesan cheese during the last few minutes for extra crunch.
