Preparation
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties about ¾ inch thick. Make a small indent in the center of each patty to help prevent them from puffing up during cooking.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the patties in the fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch each other. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
- In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add cheese on top of each patty and close the fryer to let it melt.
- If you like your buns toasted, you can place them in the air fryer for the last minute to warm them up.
Assembly
- Serve your delicious burgers on buns topped with your favorite ingredients!
