Preparation
  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until well blended.
  3. Cut the softened cream cheese into small chunks and spread it over the chicken.
  4. Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken and cream cheese, ensuring all the chicken is covered.
Cooking
  1. Set your slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and easy to shred.
