Preparation

  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into even-sized bits.

  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or in an air fryer.
