Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into even-sized bits.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or in an air fryer.
