Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. After peeling the sweet potatoes, dice them into evenly sized cubes—about 1 inch each.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional spices you choose to add. Make sure they are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Serving
  1. Once they’re golden brown, remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

To achieve perfect crispy sweet potatoes: cut them uniformly, don't overcrowd the baking sheet, and feel free to experiment with spices!
