  • 1 pound frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Feel free to substitute with other oils
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Optional for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the frozen Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl without thawing them.
Seasoning
  1. Drizzle the olive oil over the sprouts, then add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Roasting
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
  2. Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  3. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the sprouts during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  4. Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

Try using different oils and toppings to experiment with flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
