Preparation

- Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, chopped halal turkey bacon, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer with cut sides facing down.
Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the sprouts, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Serving
- Once crispy and golden, let them cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness. Avoid microwaving to prevent sogginess.
