  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Extra virgin olive oil recommended for flavor.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is preferred for better melt.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, chopped halal turkey bacon, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer with cut sides facing down.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the sprouts, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Serving
  1. Once crispy and golden, let them cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness. Avoid microwaving to prevent sogginess.
