- In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
Coating and Baking
- Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture over the spears, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender-crisp and the coating is golden brown.
Serving
- Remove from oven, allow to cool for a minute, and serve warm.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes to maintain crunch.
